A private non-profit corporation, COHRP is led by a panel of dedicated educators, medical professionals and business experts.

Forrest Broman, Chairman
Forrest was the principal organizer of the COHP program in 2010, and has served as the major fundraiser. Forrest is a seasoned educator and philanthropist and has made the development of the COHRP organization his main area of focus.

Doron Broman, CFO & Treasurer
Doron is a seasoned business executive with vast experience is financing and growth. Currently Managing Partner of a Florida Real Estate Development, firm, Doron lends his time and effort to overseeing the financial operations and investments of the COHRP corporation. Doron holds a BA in Economics & Philosophy from Brandies University.

Dominique Pierre, Director, Principal Programs Coordinator - Haiti
A native of Haiti and former science teacher at the International School in Haiti, Dominique has successfully organized and directed the program since its inception in 2010. She serves the program and the children, including their families, seven days a week in conducting the most successful educational program in Haiti.

Dr. Ilana Amar Leshem, Principal Programs Coordinator - Jordan, Israel, ME
Ilana is an MD specializing in Alternative Medicine and has been a regional director for The International Educator (TIE) a founding partner of the COHP, for over a decade now. Ilana was chief consultant in arranging nutritional supplements for the children in COHP School in Haiti and will be consulting on the nutritional matters in our other programs.

Natasha Broman, Principal Programs Coordinator - Africa & Europe
Natasha is an Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and works part time in elementary schools in London. Before joining COHRP, she worked at The International Educator as a regular writer and Research and Marketing Coordinator.

Jacqueline Fabius, Principal Consultant
Jacqueline payed a pivotal role in establishing the original COHP program in 2010 and has since been a pillar of the program. A native of Haiti, Jacqueline’s local knowledge and experience enabled us to address the real and pressing issues at hand and she continues to lend tremendous support to the program and to its Director.

Frank Anderson, Consultant
Frank has been involved in education for over 45 years and has extensive experience in supporting both educational and philanthropic projects including WeCanHelp in Venezuela and Children of Haiti Project (COHP). Frank provides regular monitoring and evaluation reports on the COHP program in Haiti.

Cheryl Harmon
Administration, Cheryl's background is in Global Business Administration and Finance. She is the focal point of our international operations and marketing.

Sonia Broman, Media Coordinator & Photographer
Sonia is a creative art director, and photographer with an international background. Sonia is responsible for the wonderful photos on our marketing materials and advises us on everything visual.
