Wood Workshop with Grant Anderson

The Children of Haiti Project had its youngest international volunteer, 15-year old Grant Anderson who came from Wheeler High School in Marietta, Georgia. He guided a wood workshop for the students to build durable outdoor lunch tables such as the kind found in parks in the USA.  He chose to serve at COHP while completing his Eagle Project to achieve the Eagle Scout rank for Boy Scout Troop 1776.

As a result of his volunteering experience, Grant and his family committed to raise funds to finance the COHP carpentry workshop for a year. He looks forward to a long lasting relationship with the program as a whole.
